Shipping

Not all shipping speeds are available for all items and all addresses. For more information, go to Amazon Prime Shipping Benefits - Eligible Items & Addresses.

If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.

We may ship products by ground or air; our shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.

If available, Saturday or Sunday delivery will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.

Remember to check the ordering cut-off time shown on the detail page.

To see the most accurate Prime shipping information as you shop, make sure to set up a default address for your account. For instructions on how to do so, go to Add & Manage Addresses.

Orders over $1300 may require a signature.

In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose Same-Day or One-Day Shipping may not appear.

Refund & Exchange

After you've followed the prompts in the Online Returns Center link above:

Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.

If you need to return a gift, go to Return a Gift.

If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.
To exchange an item:

Go to the Online Returns Center , and then click Return items.

Find the order you want to return, and then click Return or replace items.
Tip: If you don't see the order you're looking for, select another option from the See more menu.

Select the item you want to exchange, and then select a reason from the Reason for returnmenu.
An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You'll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.
Note:
If the item you're exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
This policy refers to color/size exchanges only. Amazon does not price match.

Warranty

If your item is eligible for repair, you'll have a repair option in the Online Returns Center. You'll be able to send the item directly to the third-party repairer. See Send an Item for Repair to learn how to send an item to be repaired.
Note:

Shipping to the repair center is free.

Return shipping is free if your item is covered under the warranty.

Return shipping is also free if you decide not to have a third-party repair your item at a charge and it is not covered under the warranty.

When the third-party repairer receives your item, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. The item will be inspected and the issue diagnosed. If the defect is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge and returned to you.

Repairs usually take up to 10 business days (including delivery time), but may take slightly longer.

If the problem isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (e.g., the item has been accidentally damaged), you'll be contacted by the repairer with a repair estimate.

You can decide whether to ask the repairer to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you free of charge. Payment for such repairs, including any applicable delivery charges, will have to be made directly to the repairer.

You can check the status of your repair by following the instructions in the repair confirmation e-mail you receive or via the website below, once one business day has passed since the creation of your label.
